Playing on lcd with non-native resolution feels weird to me.

I was recommended 640x480 and 800x600 by a lot of people for a looooooong loooong time but I prefer 1024x768 in all my games ('cept CS. I use 8x6) simply because shit looks clean and makes me want to actually play!

Well mine does not rofl, It has/will have gtx295

No Fermi obviously it has not been released. the only gpu that currently beats gtx295 is HD5970.

To tell you the truth I was using 640x480 for a long while. I use cypher's config, still do but I have changed the resolution to the native resolution. playing on non native completely destroys the picture quality and sharpness, and for some reason movement is not as smooth IMO. either ways resolution doesn't matter in ql so much as stretching and field of view calculation is different then Q3A, so no matter what resolution you play on you will always have similar picture size/view only sharpness/quality will deteriorate.
