This URL says it's Cherry Blue MX switches.
http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.php?op...mitstart=5

It says N-key rollover for 6 simultaneous keypresses but other sites report that if you use the PS/2 port, you should get unlimited N-key. Anyway I just tested them and it's 6 keys fo sho. More than enough for me. The model I have is a Model S Professional Silent edition so it's a newer generation AFAIK.

Mouse & Keyboard setup. I have a shitty table so I gotta make do and I'm too lazy to hunt for a new table/chair.

hmmm it is silent? then it can't be blue because blue are know for clack sounds, and it can get really loud at times. Also you are right if you need full n-key rollover you need to connect with a ps2 adapter, I think they also supply with you with the keyboard - if not then the are cheap to purchase, also key presses with ps2 connection is 2ms faster ( according to geekhack forums) but isn't huge compared to the actual key press takes around 19ms, so with ps2 it will be like 17ms.

I am using brown and black cherries, blue is really really loud - like old IBM model M keyboards.

Congrats on the keyboard, and get ready to start cleaning because the glossy finish is a finger magnet.

Edit: I see that you already made your keyboards dirty, I see dandruff all over your keyboard Tongue(referring to the pictures in the first post)

It is blue cherry switches, but they've done something to make it less clicky or something-or-the-other. I asked them before I ordered it lol. I'm using the PS/2 adapter atm and no matter how hard I try, I can only register about 6 keypresses at once, I guess it's okay. I did some research into mechanical keyboards etc. and the general opinion is that the Blue switches are the best.

Cherry Blue - great for typing and gaming
Cherry Brown - decent for typing, decent for gaming
Cherry Black - horrible for typing, great for gaming

Which is why I went for the DasKeyboard. http://www.daskeyboard.com

It's not dandruff, it's just sand and other dirt particle hovering around my room since I usually keep the windows open. Yeah, the glossy finish does bring out the dirt and fingerprints. Overall, a great keyboard. Just wish the keys were SLIGHTLY larger since I've got big hands/fingers. All in all, it was a great investment. Compact, lightweight and kickass typing feel. 11 stars out of 10!

:) The real joy comes when you are typing your essays and college projects (which can sometimes be as long as 20pages), also these keyboards are for life - can take 100times more keystrokes then the usual cheap Chinese rubber dome keyboards you see in the market (including logitech, microsoft and etc).

For gaming I didn't feel any difference, but good to know you are happy with the blue cherries with gaming.

Edit: The Das Keyboard does look sexy, shape wise it looks like an electric guitar.

Just did some tests and I was able to hit 10-15 keys at once! So maybe this thing is full N-key rollover after all.
